We value you as a customer and strive to provide you with the best customer service.

During The Covid-19 Pandemic there will be NO Returns & exchanges accepted At this time. 

Usually returns and Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us within 24 hours if your shipment is lost or damaged.

  All clothing  must be  in the original condition in which it was received and still have the original tags attached (if applicable) .All clothing must be unworn,unwashed, free of stains and odors. 

 Items that are sent back to us that do not meet the criteria will be rejected and no exchanges or refunds will be issued. 

All accessories, discounted and sale items are final sale.
All items purchased during major sale events are final sale.

Upon submitting a return request, You will receive an email that will inform your whether or not your return is accepted or rejected. Once your return is received and approved, you will be given the option to exchange your item(s) or to receive a Created Envy store credit good to use for placing a new order at our store. Our store credit never expires and can be used at any time

 PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS WITHOUT GETTING APPROVAL  FROM A CREATED ENVY REPRESENTATIVE. 

Please note  that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

We are happy to provide a return shipping label at the customer's expense to make your return process less of a hassle by emailing you a printable label. If you choose to use your own label please include your return number in the package. so we can properly process your return as fast and efficiently as possible.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Created Envy reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive amount of returns
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
